Time and self-management

The Social Policy Department of the ÖH Vorarlberg cordially invites you to the seminar "Time and Self-Management". The seminar will take place on 27.11.2023 from 18:00 to 22:00 and will be led by Lisi Hutter (Life & Business Design). In the seminar we will look at different techniques and methods that help you to use your time effectively and to organise yourself better. In this seminar, participants will learn how to deal with time thieves. They will learn how to tame their own pig-dog regarding new habits and which methods there are to complete tasks more quickly and easily and to implement new habits even in a busy schedule. You will be given tools to help you motivate yourself and increase your productivity.

Time thieves and traps:

  • My "inner pig dog
  • Expectations of colleagues, customers, superiors and stakeholders

The seminar will take place in room U404 and is on a first come first serve basis (20 places available). Participation is free of charge.
