In this lecture, those affected learn various strategies to classify the \"fear behind the fear\". They will also learn about forms of anxiety behaviour and ways of reacting.<\/p><p>Larissa Rogner and the students discuss the benefits of positive stress, way-points, calming\/relaxation techniques and different approaches to anxiety management. Larissa Rogner also shows how to apply these strategies and methods to the job situation.
