ÖH at Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences

Are you planning to organise a bigger event or is your 15€ per person and semester not enough?

Then you can talk to the responsible student representative or department head* and apply for sponsorship. It is important that the sponsorship is approved by the ÖH before the event takes place and that an amount is agreed upon. The decision whether and how much to sponsor is up to your contact person.

What you need for a sponsorship:

Fully completed sponsorship application (the justification should include a pedagogical added value [e.g. networking, reflection, etc.] and a brief explanation of the pre-agreed arrangement).
Original invoices
your signature

Important! Only ID-Austria signed documents are accepted as "digitally signed"!

Signed by hand: Print out the form at the end and sign the paper.

Deadline! Due to the annual financial statements, it is important that all applications with original invoices are submitted by 30.06. have been received by the ÖH. All applications received after 30 June will no longer be processed and refunded

Reason for the sponsorship(Required)

Explanation of the pre-arranged agreement that defines the framework of the sponsorship and the reason for the event (e.g. networking or similar).

Sponsoring

ATTENTION! Sponsoring must be agreed in advance (before the event takes place) with the student representative or the responsible department chairperson. Only with this agreement is it possible to obtain sponsorship. All original receipts for the costs incurred must be enclosed.

Sponsorship can exceed the limit of 15€ per person for reimbursement and is possible several times during the semester.
