When and where?
Appointment booking
You can easily book your appointment at https://www.bereitschaftsdienst.at/standorte/vorarlberg/online-terminbuchung/ or under https://www.oeh.ac.at/helpline/ book.
By booking and using your appointment, you agree that your personal data will be processed by the ÖH Helpline in order to provide counselling. If you are referred to external therapists, you also agree that your data will be passed on in order to arrange an appointment for you. Your data will remain confidential and will not be passed on to ÖH members. Once a year, an anonymised evaluation is created that shows which topics students have been dealing with - without the content of the conversations or personal data being passed on.

In the initial consultation, you will discuss your current situation with the therapist. This can be about all kinds of problems - whether exam stress, personal worries or homesickness. The therapist will help you to gain clarity and plan the next steps as to whether it will remain a counselling session or whether further therapy makes sense.
