Projects could be, for example: An automatic plant watering system, an app for finding carpools to the UAS, an idea for a revolutionary call assistance system in nursing or the development of a new business concept. If you've had an idea for a while that you just haven't found the right impetus for, now is the perfect time to develop it. If you don't want to participate alone and haven't found a team by the start of the hackathon, you can get to know other participants at the beginning and form a team together.
