Seminar "Time and self-management" for FHV students

Aim of the seminar
Our aim is to teach UAS students valuable techniques and methods for effective time and self-management. The seminar helps you to identify time thieves, develop new habits and sustainably increase your productivity.
The seminar is organised and fully funded by the ÖH.

There are 20 places available - allocation is on a first come, first served basis. After successful registration, participants will receive confirmation by e-mail.

  3. Seminar content: Teaching proven strategies for optimising time management and effective self-organisation.
  4. Practical application: Participants receive concrete tools and techniques to implement in everyday life.
