Aim of the seminar
Our aim is to teach UAS students valuable techniques and methods for effective time and self-management. The seminar helps you to identify time thieves, develop new habits and sustainably increase your productivity.
The seminar is organised and fully funded by the ÖH.

Registration
Please register by e-mail to the ÖH Social Policy Department.
There are 20 seats available - the allocation is based on the First Come, First Serve-principle.
After successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Programme of the seminar

  1. Arrival and registration: Please arrive on time for the start of the seminar.
  2. Seminar leader: Lisi Hutter (Life & Business Design) will conduct the seminar.
  3. Seminar contents: Teaching proven strategies for optimising time management and effective self-organisation.
  4. Practical application: Participants receive concrete tools and techniques for implementation in everyday life.

Costs
Participation in the seminar is free of charge and is fully covered by the ÖH.
