For students with exam anxiety that leads to downright blockages, there are various approaches to (re)manage the fears. In this lecture, those affected learn various strategies to classify the "fear behind the fear". They will also learn about forms of anxiety behaviour and ways of reacting.
Larissa Rogner and the students discuss the benefits of positive stress, way-points, calming/relaxation techniques and different approaches to anxiety management. Larissa Rogner also shows how to apply these strategies and methods to the job situation. In addition, the role of the lecturer in exams is discussed: What can examiners do to help examinees with exam anxiety before and during the exam?
